The exception to this would be "Helga the Bog Witch", "Lillia, Saint of Vitality", "Kh'lip, the "Goblin" King", "Seed of the Ancient Tree", "Phoenix Feather", & "After the Storm" since those cards have printings that were banned/restricted. Those cards must always be played as their most recent printing even when not at a tournament.
